Scenarios that are likely to impact your industry by 2020?

We should focus more on customer empowerment by making them digitally enabled.

 

What should be on a CIO’s agenda in 2020?

Authentication and accessing systems will be closer to the customer. We aim to use IoT, both offline and online, which will also increase timeliness and speed of reach to customers, irrespective of the geography.

 

 

Challenges that you foresee due to rapid evolution of technology?

Today’s technology has very less localization. We aim to use technology in a multi-lingual and local manner. It should have accessibility and day-to-day solutions which the customer wants.

 

Personal goals for year 2020?

I want to create awareness among the IT team in terms of education and encourage multi-tasking. Through this way, we can achieve effective solutions timely. With regards to this, I have already started approaching start-ups to create an efficient team and getting the best out of them.
