Scenarios that are likely to impact your industry/business by the year 2020?
The industry has to continuously innovate and ensure that they are proactively ready to take those challenges to any FDI related regulation changes and also react quickly to that. The industry needs to be compliant to those norms.
We need to understand the user and ensure that we are agile in delivering as per their needs. So that will help the organization reach the market faster than the competitor.
Things you wish to have on your agenda for 2020?
We would want to make the organization paperless. While we are facing an audit, we should buy our presentation of our data. We should create minimum doubts in the auditors’ minds. That can happen by using technology and making business paperless.
Challenges you foresee due to rapid evolution of technology by 2020?
The challenge is how fast I can propagate the technology because the ecosystem also has to be enabled. If I have to move the technology across the organization, I might face disruptions but not threats.
Personal goals for 2020?
My goal is to enable the organization in such a way using technology that we receive zero observations.
