"Both front-end and back-end systems need to be empowered in an organization"

What is your vision of the future of the modern workplace?

It is about empowering each and every person in the organization. If you empower only the frontline and your back-end systems are not empowered, that will become a bottleneck. Your efficiency is driven by your weakest link. So if you want to improve your efficiency, effectiveness and customer satisfaction in your organization, you have to concentrate on each part of the organization and work on the policies and processes because sometimes these can become bottleneck.
