With an impressive two-decade track record across digital, marketing, and enterprise transformation, Riddhi will drive Nestlé’s strategic vision across three continents—shaping the future of consumer engagement, digital commerce, and market innovation.
Before joining Nestlé, Riddhi spent 11 years at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where he held several high-impact positions including Managing Partner – Digital, Global Head – Digital Marketing, and leadership roles driving digital transformation for retail, CPG, travel, transport, hospitality, and government sectors. At TCS, he architected global digital strategies, built next-gen marketing ecosystems, and led cross-functional teams to deliver scalable business growth.
Riddhi’s earlier professional journey includes senior roles in Blueocean Market Intelligence, Accenture, Respondez, and Aptech, where he shaped digital operations, led large marketing teams, and strengthened customer experience functions. His deep experience in digital strategy, e-commerce enablement, omnichannel marketing, and enterprise operations makes him a pivotal force in accelerating Nestlé’s digital-first growth across the AO&A region.
