With over two decades of expertise across banking technology, digital operations, and IT leadership, Sathishkumar will drive the bank’s technology strategy and innovation initiatives from Chennai.
Before joining TMB, Sathishkumar spent an impressive 22+ years at Karur Vysya Bank (KVB), where he played pivotal roles including Assistant General Manager & Head – IT Applications, Chief Manager – Information Technology, and Chief Manager – Transaction Banking. During his tenure, he led key initiatives in IT applications, digital transformation, and cash management systems—significantly advancing KVB’s technology frameworks and operational efficiency.
His career foundation was built at WBC Software Lab as a System Analyst and earlier at Aptech, where he honed his early technical and coordination skills.
With deep expertise in core banking systems, digital banking, IT applications, and transaction technologies, Sathishkumar brings a strong blend of leadership and domain insight. His extensive experience across the banking technology ecosystem positions him as a strategic driver in TMB’s continued digital evolution.
