Pavankumar Shukla has stepped into the role of Head of Information Security & Data Protection Officer (DPO) at IDfy, bringing nearly two decades of deep expertise in cybersecurity, GRC, privacy, and enterprise risk management. In this pivotal role, he will spearhead IDfy’s security strategy, strengthen data protection frameworks, and ensure regulatory compliance across the company’s identity verification and risk intelligence ecosystem.
Pavankumar joins IDfy after leading Cyber Security, GRC & Privacy at Delhivery, where he shaped enterprise-wide security strategy, implemented scalable governance frameworks, and elevated cyber resilience for one of India’s largest logistics platforms. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Information Security Officer at TIFIN, driving security maturity for the fast-growing US–India wealth-tech firm.
Earlier in his career, he spent over seven years with LTI (Larsen & Toubro Infotech) in Belgium, managing global security programs and strengthening information risk governance for multinational clients. He has also held key cybersecurity roles at Reliance Communications, Nomura, Lehman Brothers, Travelex, and CMS Computers, building strong technical, operational, and leadership foundations across financial services and technology domains.
With extensive experience spanning data privacy, GRC, cyber risk, cloud security, security engineering, and incident response, Pavankumar is well-positioned to fortify IDfy’s security posture and lead its data protection agenda as the company scales its digital trust platform globally.
