Sachinkumar K. Patel has taken on the role of Vice President – Information Technology at Thomas Cook India Limited, bringing over two decades of experience in IT leadership, global service delivery, information security, and technology transformation across BFSI, telecom, travel, and digital services.
Before joining Thomas Cook, Sachinkumar served as Head of Information Technology at Cactus Communications, where he led global IT operations spanning multiple countries, managed cloud platforms across AWS and Azure, and also acted as the CISO for the organisation. He drove IT strategy, cybersecurity, P&L management, digital enablement, and enterprise-wide technology modernization.
Prior to Cactus, he held senior leadership positions at CMS IT Services in Tokyo, overseeing multi-country delivery, cloud operations, ITIL/ISO frameworks, and P&L responsibilities. His earlier roles at Wipro, ICICI Bank, Accenture, and other global organisations equipped him with deep expertise in service availability, IT strategy, operational excellence, and large-scale infrastructure management.
With extensive experience in IT transformation, cloud strategy, cybersecurity, governance, service delivery, and customer-centric technology programs, Sachinkumar is well positioned to strengthen Thomas Cook India’s digital backbone and support its continued growth as a trusted leader in travel services.
