Rashmi Jaiswal Appointed Vice President & Country Head – Channel Sales & Partnerships at NxtGen Cloud Technologies

Rashmi Jaiswal has joined NxtGen Cloud Technologies Pvt Ltd as Vice President & Country Head – Channel Sales & Partnerships, where she will lead the company’s partner-led growth, revenue expansion, and go-to-market strategy across India.

In her new role, Rashmi will focus on building and scaling a high-impact partner ecosystem, strengthening alliances with system integrators (SIs), value-added resellers (VARs), and hyperscalers, and driving enterprise adoption of NxtGen’s cloud, AI, and digital infrastructure solutions. Her mandate includes enabling partner-led pipelines, accelerating deal closures, and engaging closely with CXOs on strategic enterprise opportunities.

Prior to joining NxtGen, Rashmi held senior roles at Microsoft, where she drove AI-led revenue growth, including the adoption of Copilot and AI business solutions, and earlier led Modern Work transformation initiatives for enterprise customers.

She also brings over a decade of deep channel and GTM experience from HP, where she managed country-level product categories, partner business management, and enterprise accounts, consistently driving market share, profitability, and partner success.

With a strong blend of enterprise sales leadership, channel strategy, and AI-led GTM expertise, Rashmi Jaiswal’s appointment strengthens NxtGen’s ambition to scale profitably through a robust partner ecosystem.
