Kartikeya Pandey has joined Kajaria Ceramics Limited as Assistant General Manager – IT, strengthening the company’s technology and digital leadership team.
In his new role, Kartikeya will focus on enhancing IT operations, driving digital transformation initiatives, and aligning technology programs with Kajaria’s business and manufacturing priorities.
Prior to this, he was Project Head – Digital & IT at Dabur India Limited, where he led key enterprise digital programs. His career also includes leading group-level PMO and digital transformation initiatives at Skeiron Group / Sorigin Group, along with experience in agile transformation, PMO leadership, and operational excellence at Welspun Flooring and MarketsandMarkets.
With a strong blend of IT strategy, PMO leadership, and digital execution, Kartikeya’s appointment is set to support Kajaria Ceramics’ continued focus on technology-enabled growth and operational efficiency.
