Brijesh Mishrra has taken on a new role at SecHard as Vice President – Sales & Revenue Leader for India, SAARC, and Asia, marking a major leadership milestone in the company’s regional growth journey.
In his new position, Brijesh will lead SecHard’s Asia-wide revenue strategy, owning end-to-end go-to-market execution, enterprise market penetration, and ARR acceleration across more than 10 countries. His mandate includes building scalable and repeatable sales motions, strengthening long-term growth infrastructure, and positioning SecHard as a trusted leader in Zero Trust, automated security hardening, and compliance across the region.
Brijesh has already played a pivotal role in SecHard’s expansion, previously serving as Director – Sales & GTM Leader for India, SAARC & Asia, where he spearheaded the company’s market entry and regional build-out from the ground up. During this phase, he established SecHard’s presence across multiple Asian markets, built a strong partner ecosystem with MSSPs, VARs, GSIs, and regulators, and drove a multi-million-dollar enterprise pipeline through high-impact CISO engagements and thought leadership initiatives.
Before joining SecHard, Brijesh held senior leadership roles across leading cybersecurity and enterprise technology firms. At BluSapphire, he built the regional sales engine for next-gen SIEM and XDR solutions across Asia and the Middle East, transforming the company into a recognized player within the CISO community. At Senhasegura, he was instrumental in building the business across 15+ countries, creating a USD 19M qualified pipeline and delivering consistent triple-digit year-on-year growth, establishing the brand as one of the fastest-growing PAM vendors in the region.
His earlier experience includes leading international expansion at Motadata, driving SaaS and data analytics sales at MarketsandMarkets, heading global channel sales at ARCON TechSolutions, and building strong partner-led growth engines at Intelliswift and Sophos. Across roles, Brijesh has consistently demonstrated expertise in enterprise sales leadership, channel strategy, regional market entry, and scaling high-growth cybersecurity businesses.
