Shalini Kaul has been appointed Head of Marketing – India, HPE Networking at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), marking a key leadership move as the company strengthens its networking and edge-to-cloud marketing strategy in the Indian market.
In her new role, Shalini will lead the marketing charter for HPE Networking in India, driving brand positioning, demand generation, go-to-market strategy, partner marketing, and thought leadership across enterprise, cloud, and networking solutions. Her focus will include accelerating market adoption, strengthening ecosystem engagement, and aligning marketing initiatives with HPE’s broader growth and innovation agenda.
Shalini brings over two decades of experience across B2B technology marketing, spanning networking, cybersecurity, storage, cloud, and enterprise infrastructure. Prior to joining HPE, she spent nearly eight years at Juniper Networks, where she served as Marketing Director, leading integrated marketing programs, strategic campaigns, and regional marketing initiatives across India.
Earlier, she was Head of Marketing – India at FireEye, where she played a pivotal role in building the cybersecurity brand in the country, driving awareness, pipeline growth, and executive-level engagement. Her career also includes senior marketing leadership roles at NetApp, EMC (now Dell Technologies), and Sun Microsystems, where she managed corporate communications, analyst relations, demand generation, events, and large-scale GTM programs.
Shalini began her career in advertising and brand communications, gaining strong foundational experience in client servicing, media planning, and integrated marketing across global and Indian brands—experience that continues to shape her strategic, business-aligned marketing approach.
With deep expertise in enterprise technology marketing, integrated communications, and market development, Shalini Kaul’s appointment is expected to further strengthen HPE Networking’s brand leadership and growth momentum in India.
