Microsoft has appointed Aparajita Puri as Managing Director for India & South Asia, strengthening its leadership team to accelerate growth, enterprise adoption, and digital transformation across the region.
Aparajita brings strong strategic and consulting expertise, having spent over a decade at McKinsey & Company, where she most recently served as Partner. During her tenure, she led large-scale transformation programs, advised enterprises on growth strategy, and worked closely with leadership teams across industries.
Earlier in her career, she gained experience in investment banking and consulting through roles at Deutsche Bank and Bain & Company, building a strong foundation in business strategy and operations.
In her new role at Microsoft, she will be responsible for driving business strategy, strengthening customer and partner ecosystems, and accelerating digital and AI-led transformation initiatives across India and South Asia.
