Ashima Mathur has taken on the role of Head of Marketing – Asia Pacific (South) at RSA Security.
In this role, she will be responsible for driving marketing strategy across key APAC markets, strengthening brand positioning, and accelerating demand generation initiatives in the region.
Prior to this, she spent over a decade at Pitney Bowes, where she held multiple leadership roles including Director – Marketing, Asia-Pacific and Director – Marketing & Operations, India. She led regional marketing strategies across India, Japan, and ANZ, focusing on demand generation, market expansion, and brand growth.
Earlier, she worked with IBM India Private Limited, driving marketing initiatives for government and smart city programs, and also held roles at Computer Sciences Corporation and Patni Computer Systems.
With extensive experience in regional marketing, demand generation, and strategic communications, she brings strong expertise in building high-impact marketing programs across diverse markets.
