Ashish Faujdar has joined Lupin as Global Chief Information Security Officer.
In this role, he will lead Lupin’s global cybersecurity strategy, strengthen enterprise resilience, protect critical data assets, and align security frameworks with the organization’s technology and business priorities.
Prior to this, he served as Group Head – Cyber Security | Data Protection at Mahindra Group, where he led enterprise-wide cyber and data governance initiatives.
Earlier, he was Group Chief Information Security Officer & Data Protection Officer at Mahindra Finance, driving security transformation and privacy programs across the group.
He also held a senior leadership role at Wipro as Global Head – Cyber Security | Risk | Compliance | Governance, overseeing global security and governance functions.
Before that, he spent over a decade with Yes Bank as Head – Cyber Security & Systems Risks, building deep expertise in financial-sector cyber defense and risk management.
Earlier in his career, he worked with HCL COMNET, Microland Limited, and NETWORKERS HOME in network and security leadership roles.
With nearly two decades of experience across cybersecurity, risk, governance, compliance, and data protection, he brings strong expertise in securing highly regulated global enterprises.
