Ninad Naik has been promoted to Deputy General Manager – Cybersecurity, AI & Data Privacy Governance & Assurance at Birla Opus, expanding his leadership responsibilities across cybersecurity, AI and data privacy governance and assurance.
He previously served as Assistant General Manager – Cyber, AI & Data Privacy Governance & Assurance at Birla Opus, Aditya Birla Group, where he worked on areas including data privacy program management and VAPT project management.
Prior to Birla Opus, Ninad spent more than nine years at Toyo Engineering India as Principal Engineer – Information Security & Data Privacy, building extensive experience in information security, data privacy and incident management.
Earlier in his career, he held roles at Tata Consultancy Services, WNS Global Services and RSM Astute Consulting, covering audit and compliance, corporate quality, information security and business process excellence.
Ninad holds certifications including CDPSE and CISA from ISACA, Certified Data Protection Officer (GDPR), ISO 27001 Lead Auditor and GDPR Lead Implementer.
With extensive experience spanning cybersecurity, AI governance, data privacy, information security, audit and compliance, Ninad Naik brings a broad governance and assurance perspective to his new role as Deputy General Manager at Birla Opus.
