Sudeep Agrawal has joined Olam Agri as Vice President – IT & Digital, where he is leading IT and Digital for the P&VA business.
Prior to joining Olam Agri, Sudeep served as CIO at Reliance Group, where he was responsible for the technology strategy and digital infrastructure for Reliance’s solar manufacturing venture. His work included defining scalable, AI/ML-enabled technology solutions, IT-OT integration, cybersecurity and enterprise systems including S/4HANA, MES and HRMS.
Before Reliance, Sudeep spent six years at ReNew, most recently serving as Sr. VP – Head of IT & Digital. He led AI-driven digital transformation, IT strategy, innovation and cybersecurity, managing a multidisciplinary team of more than 70 professionals.
During his tenure at ReNew, he delivered more than ₹100 crore in value through digital transformation initiatives across EPC, manufacturing, finance and renewable energy operations. He also led technology initiatives involving S/4HANA, MES, SuccessFactors, Salesforce, analytics, automation, IoT and cloud.
Earlier, Sudeep spent nearly seven years with Whirlpool Corporation, progressing to General Manager – IT, Asia, where he led initiatives spanning IoT, SAP, cloud, CRM, enterprise applications and IT operations across the region.
He began his career with DSCL and subsequently held technology consulting roles at IBM India and Accenture, gaining extensive experience in SAP, supply chain, enterprise applications and technology transformation.
With more than two decades of experience across IT strategy, digital transformation, enterprise technology, cybersecurity, AI/ML, SAP and business transformation, Sudeep Agrawal brings broad technology leadership experience to his new role as Vice President – IT & Digital at Olam Agri.
