He brings extensive experience in digital transformation, innovation, AI-led business transformation and technology strategy, having held senior leadership positions across RPG Group, TechnoPro Holdings, HCL, IBM, Zensar, Nihilent Technologies and PwC.
At RPG Group, Mutha served as Vice President and Chief Digital and Innovation Officer, where he led the Group’s digital and innovation agenda across six businesses spanning Life Sciences, EPC, Energy, Tyres, Plantation and IT.
He also established and led a dedicated digital function, driving AI-led digital products and platforms, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and new digital opportunities.
Prior to joining Tata Chemicals, he was Executive Vice President and Country Head EU and Middle East – Digital Business at TechnoPro Holdings, where he focused on business growth across Europe and the Middle East and established a manufacturing practice focused on ER&D for automobile clients.
In his new role, Mutha will lead Tata Chemicals’ global digital and information technology agenda.
