Aadarsh Rohira has taken on the role of Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO) at Orient Electric, where he will lead the company’s digital transformation, data-driven innovation, and technology modernization initiatives. Based in Delhi, Aadarsh will be instrumental in shaping Orient Electric’s digital-first vision and driving business growth through advanced digital capabilities.
With nearly two decades of diverse experience across digital transformation, enterprise technology, automation, and IT strategy, Aadarsh brings a proven track record of delivering impactful digital programs at scale.
Before joining Orient Electric, Aadarsh held senior leadership positions at Hero MotoCorp, Vodafone Idea Limited, and Unilever, where he spearheaded digital initiatives spanning customer experience, connected platforms, cloud transformation, automation, and data intelligence.
At Unilever, he led global IT transformation and intelligent automation initiatives, deploying advanced technologies like AI, RPA, and cognitive solutions to build a self-driving enterprise. His earlier experience at CSC and Procter & Gamble further shaped his technical and strategic foundation.
