Anita Bhat-Zutshi joined Wipro Enterprises Pvt Ltd as Group Chief Financial Officer

Anita Bhat-Zutshi has joined Wipro Enterprises Pvt Ltd as Group Chief Financial Officer, bringing with her over three decades of global finance leadership across FMCG, pharmaceuticals, and consumer businesses.

In her new role, Anita will oversee the overall finance strategy for Wipro Enterprises, with a strong focus on value creation, capital allocation, governance, transformation, and long-term growth. Her appointment comes at a time when Wipro Enterprises continues to scale its diversified portfolio across consumer care, food, lighting, and infrastructure-related businesses.

Prior to joining Wipro Enterprises, Anita spent nearly 15 years at Unilever in a series of senior global leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Global CFO for Unilever’s Ice Cream Business, based in Rotterdam, where she led finance strategy, performance management, and transformation for one of Unilever’s largest and most iconic global divisions.

Earlier at Unilever, she held the role of Chief Transformation Value Delivery Officer within the Transformation Office, driving strategic cost leadership, digital transformation, and enterprise-wide value realization initiatives. She also served as CFO for Unilever’s North Africa, Middle East, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus cluster—one of the company’s most complex and volatile geographies—where she delivered strong financial performance amid significant macroeconomic and geopolitical challenges.

Between 2018 and 2021, Anita headed Global Finance and Procurement Operations at Unilever, leading a 2,500-member global team across seven centers. During this period, she successfully delivered large-scale digital and process transformation programs leveraging cloud, AI, ML, and RPA, while maintaining high levels of operational resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic. She is also widely recognized for building inclusive, high-performance leadership teams and championing diversity, equity, and talent development.

Her earlier experience includes senior CFO roles at Hindustan Unilever Limited, where she led the Home and Personal Care business—contributing nearly 75% of the company’s revenues—and played a pivotal role in major acquisitions, portfolio transformation, and cost excellence initiatives. She has also served as CFO of AstraZeneca India and held private equity consulting and M&A leadership roles.

With deep expertise across business strategy, finance transformation, M&A, global operations, and emerging markets, Anita Bhat-Zutshi’s appointment significantly strengthens Wipro Enterprises’ leadership bench and underscores the company’s focus on disciplined growth, transformation, and long-term value creation.
