Chandresh Dedhia has joined Medikabazaar as Executive Vice President – Technology, where he will lead the organisation’s product and technology charter, driving innovation, scalability, and digital transformation across the platform.
In this role, Chandresh will be responsible for shaping Medikabazaar’s technology vision, strengthening product engineering, and enabling scalable, resilient systems to support the company’s rapid growth in India’s healthcare supply ecosystem.
Prior to this appointment, he served as Vice President – Information Technology at Zepto, where he worked closely with executive leadership to align enterprise applications and IT infrastructure with business strategy.
Earlier, Chandresh spent several years with API Holdings, India’s largest digital healthcare platform, holding leadership roles including Vice President – Information Technology and Group Head – Information Technology. During his tenure, he led large-scale digital transformation initiatives across multiple business verticals, spearheaded SAP S/4 HANA and Microsoft D365 implementations, strengthened cybersecurity frameworks, and played a key role in integrating diverse healthcare businesses onto a unified technology platform.
With deep expertise spanning product engineering, enterprise IT, ERP-led transformation, and healthcare technology ecosystems, Chandresh Dedhia’s appointment as EVP – Technology is expected to further accelerate Medikabazaar’s technology-led growth and operational excellence.
