In this role, Sathiyan will lead Emids’ enterprise AI strategy, focusing on translating advanced AI, ML, and data science capabilities into measurable business and clinical outcomes. Sathiyan brings nearly three decades of experience across AI, data platforms, and enterprise technology leadership. Most recently, he has been an AI and Data Science Leader at Kaiser Permanente, where he drove predictive and causal analytics to support growth, customer retention, and large-scale operational resilience across hospitals and medical offices nationwide.
His career spans leadership roles across healthcare, enterprise AI, analytics architecture, and technology platforms, with a strong track record of aligning AI innovation with business strategy, reliability, and scale.
