Himanshu Bhardwaj has been appointed Chief Information Officer at Adani Healthcare, part of the Adani Group, marking a significant leadership move as the group expands its presence in the healthcare sector.
In his new role, Himanshu will lead enterprise IT strategy, digital health initiatives, and technology-driven transformation across Adani Healthcare’s operations, focusing on strengthening digital infrastructure, healthcare platforms, and data-driven patient services.
Prior to joining Adani Healthcare, he served as Head – HIS & IT Applications at Medanta – The Medicity, where he led hospital information systems and critical healthcare IT applications across the organization.
Earlier in his career, Himanshu held leadership roles at Intellect Commerce Limited as Senior Vice President and at Virtusa as Director, driving enterprise technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
He also spent several years at Polaris Consulting & Services Limited and its affiliated entities, where he held multiple leadership roles including Vice President and Assistant Vice President, managing large-scale technology delivery and enterprise programs.
Himanshu began his career as a System Engineer at Eastern Software Systems, building early expertise in enterprise technology implementation.
With over two decades of experience spanning healthcare technology, enterprise IT leadership, and digital transformation, Himanshu Bhardwaj’s appointment highlights Adani Healthcare’s commitment to building a strong technology backbone for its growing healthcare ecosystem.
