Sajan Paul has been appointed General Manager and Country Manager – India for HPE Networking at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. In this role, he will lead HPE’s networking business in India, driving growth strategy, customer engagement, and market expansion across enterprise, telecom, and public sector segments.
Sajan brings nearly three decades of leadership experience in networking and enterprise technology. Prior to joining HPE, he spent close to 15 years at Juniper Networks, most recently serving as Managing Director & Country Manager, India & SAARC. During his tenure, he was responsible for driving sustainable growth, strategic investments, and partnerships, while strengthening Juniper’s footprint across telecom, enterprise, and government sectors. He also held leadership roles as Head of Enterprise & Strategic Accounts and Director, Systems Engineering, building high-performance teams and securing multi-million-dollar deals across the region.
Earlier in his career, Sajan held key leadership roles at Cisco Systems, Avaya, and Nortel Networks, where he led systems engineering, enterprise sales, and APAC-wide centers of excellence spanning routing, switching, security, multimedia, and data technologies.
With deep expertise in networking technologies, go-to-market strategy, partner ecosystems, and large enterprise engagements, Sajan Paul’s appointment underscores HPE’s commitment to accelerating its networking ambitions in India and strengthening its competitive position in a rapidly evolving digital infrastructure landscape.
