Iris Global Services has appointed Anil Sethi as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), marking a strategic move to strengthen leadership and accelerate the company’s next phase of growth.
In his new role, Sethi will be responsible for driving business strategy, market expansion, partner ecosystem growth, and operational excellence, with a focus on scaling Iris Global Services across enterprise, public sector, and emerging digital opportunities.
Prior to joining Iris Global Services, Sethi spent over a decade at Dell Technologies, where he held multiple senior leadership roles, including Vice President & General Manager – Infrastructure Solutions Group (India) and Vice President & General Manager – Channels. His tenure at Dell was marked by strong growth across enterprise infrastructure, channel partnerships, and large-scale sales transformations.
Before Dell, he held leadership positions at Tata Consultancy Services, Microsoft, and IBM, building deep expertise across enterprise sales, cloud services, channels, OEM partnerships, and regional leadership spanning India, ASEAN, and global markets.
With over three decades of experience in the technology industry, Anil Sethi is widely regarded for his ability to scale businesses, build high-impact partner ecosystems, and lead large, complex go-to-market organizations.
This appointment underscores Iris Global Services’ ambition to strengthen its leadership bench and expand its footprint in the evolving technology services landscape.
