Krishan Bhardwaj has joined MGM Healthcare as Group IT Head, marking a significant move in strengthening the group’s technology leadership, digital transformation, and enterprise IT capabilities across its healthcare ecosystem.
In his new role, Krishan will lead group-wide IT strategy encompassing digital transformation, infrastructure modernization, application platforms, cybersecurity, data privacy, automation, and business continuity. He will play a critical role in enabling scalable, secure, and patient-centric technology platforms that support MGM Healthcare’s clinical, operational, and growth objectives.
Prior to this, Krishan served as Senior Vice President – Head IT at Medall, where he drove enterprise IT, digitization, vendor management, automation, and business transformation initiatives. Before Medall, he was Group Vice President – Technology at Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital, leading large-scale digital programs focused on patient experience, ERP modernization, infrastructure, security, and continuity planning.
His career also includes senior IT leadership roles at Sterling Holiday Resorts and Citrus Hotels & Resorts, giving him strong cross-industry experience in building IT organizations, managing complex infrastructures, and delivering technology-led business outcomes at scale.
With deep expertise in healthcare IT, digital transformation, automation, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems, Krishan Bhardwaj’s appointment is expected to further accelerate MGM Healthcare’s journey toward a resilient, digitally enabled, and future-ready healthcare enterprise.
