Kuldeep Koul has been appointed as Chief Digital Officer at NAMTECH, marking a significant step in the institute’s digital and technology-driven growth journey.
In his new role, Kuldeep will lead NAMTECH’s digital strategy, technology architecture, and transformation initiatives, driving innovation across learning platforms, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and emerging technology adoption to enhance institutional excellence and operational efficiency.
Prior to joining NAMTECH, he served as Chief Technology Officer & Chief Operating Officer at Skhy, where he led the technological vision across multiple AI-focused divisions, including advanced sensing, hyperspectral and orbital AI engines, secure LLM deployments, and IoT-driven platforms. He played a key role in scaling AI infrastructure, enabling edge intelligence, and building secure, enterprise-grade AI ecosystems.
Earlier, Kuldeep spent nearly 18 years at Thales India (P) Ltd., including serving as Regional CIO and Regional CIO & CISO for India, Africa, and Eurasia. During his tenure, he drove large-scale digital transformation, ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Infor/Lawson), cybersecurity strategy, infrastructure modernization, and enterprise-wide IT governance across multi-country operations.
His earlier career includes leadership roles at HCL Infosystems Ltd and Team Computers, where he built strong foundations in service delivery, systems integration, and enterprise technology management.
With over 27 years of experience spanning digital transformation, cybersecurity, ERP, infrastructure, and strategic IT leadership, Kuldeep’s appointment is expected to accelerate NAMTECH’s journey toward becoming a digitally empowered, innovation-led institution.
