Naina Bhattacharya has started a new role as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Coats, based in the United Kingdom.
In this role, Naina will lead the enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy, strengthening security governance, resilience, and risk management across Coats’ global operations, while enabling secure digital transformation at scale.
Prior to joining Coats, she served as Chief Information Security Officer at Danone, where she led a multi-year global cybersecurity transformation spanning governance, architecture, operations, and incident response. She was also a co-sponsor for Diversity & Inclusion across IT and Data teams worldwide.
Earlier in her career, Naina held senior cybersecurity leadership roles at EY and Deloitte in the UK, advising global organizations on cybersecurity strategy, data privacy, and large-scale security transformation. She began her technology journey with engineering roles at Sun Microsystems and Infosys.
With deep expertise across cybersecurity transformation, global operating models, and inclusive leadership, Naina’s appointment reinforces Coats’ commitment to strong cyber resilience and secure growth.
