NEXT100 awardee Aindri Kumar Jha has taken on an expanded leadership role at KPMG India, stepping up from Associate Director to Director.
In her new role, Aindri continues to strengthen service delivery and operational excellence across the Product Integrity vertical within GCC–GDC Technology Solutions, with responsibilities spanning functional and automation testing, SAT documentation support, and large-scale program governance. She plays a key role in driving innovation, improving operational efficiencies, and enabling AI adoption across engagements.
Aindri is also actively involved in advancing process excellence and quality frameworks, including multi-model CMMI deployments, CSAT/NPS improvement programs, and firm-wide excellence initiatives. A certified Master Black Belt, she mentors teams on continuous improvement, governance, and compliance, with deep expertise across information security, program management, and ISO standards.
Before KPMG, Aindri held leadership roles at Numerator, Concentrix, Tata Consultancy Services, and Genpact, where she consistently built high-performing teams, scaled global capability centers, and delivered measurable improvements in governance, security, and business outcomes.
Her progression to Director reflects both her sustained impact and KPMG India’s continued focus on strong leadership in delivery excellence, innovation, and transformation.
