Deepak Patkar, a NEXT100 winner, has taken on a new role as General Manager – IT at Thomas Cook India Limited, strengthening the company’s enterprise IT and network leadership.
In his new role, Deepak will be responsible for driving IT operations, network infrastructure, and technology resilience, supporting Thomas Cook India’s digital-first travel and hospitality ecosystem.
Prior to this appointment, he spent nearly seven years at Asian Paints, where he managed data center networks and enterprise-wide WAN connectivity, playing a key role in ensuring scale, performance, and reliability across one of India’s largest manufacturing enterprises.
His earlier experience spans technology networking and infrastructure leadership at Intelenet Global Services and AGC Networks Limited, along with foundational engineering roles at Avaya GlobalConnect.
With deep expertise across enterprise networks, data centers, and large-scale IT environments, Deepak’s move reinforces Thomas Cook India’s focus on robust, scalable, and future-ready IT platforms.
