Juniper Green Energy has welcomed Kushal Kumar Varshney as its new Assistant Vice President – Information Technology, marking another milestone in his illustrious career as a technology leader.
With over 17 years of experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and infrastructure modernization, Kushal will lead Juniper Green Energy’s technology roadmap and digital initiatives. His focus will be on building future-ready IT infrastructure, advancing cloud integration and cybersecurity, and enabling data-driven, sustainable growth aligned with the company’s ESG vision.
Prior to joining Juniper Green Energy, Kushal held senior leadership positions at Shyam Steel Industries, ACME Group, IndiGrid (Virescent), and CleanMax Solar, where he spearheaded enterprise-wide technology transformations, managed multi-country IT operations, and led several M&A integrations and SAP migrations.
