Next100 winner Rishabh Jain has taken on the role of Head of Information Technology at Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd. — a leading name in the Indian textile and fashion industry. In his new position, Rishabh will lead Siyaram’s digital transformation roadmap, focusing on leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency, supply chain visibility, and enterprise-wide innovation.
With over 17 years of experience in IT strategy, SAP management, and large-scale digital transformation, Rishabh has built a distinguished career driving business modernization across manufacturing, retail, and FMCG sectors.
Before joining Siyaram, he served as General Manager – IT at JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd., where he spearheaded cloud migration, implemented RPA automation, and led major digital initiatives including SD-WAN deployment, Oracle Transport Management, and enterprise data security enhancements.
Earlier, he held key technology roles at Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail, Godfrey Phillips India, and Smadurk Infotech, where he successfully implemented SAP, D365, and advanced analytics solutions to streamline business operations.
