Yogesh Kantak, NeXT100 winner, has joined Simplify as Head of Global Capability Centre (GCC) | Digital & Change Pillar Lead, based in Pune.
In this role, Yogesh will lead the GCC strategy and execution, with a strong focus on digital transformation, enterprise applications, operating model maturity, and large-scale change programs. His mandate spans building scalable global capabilities while driving business-aligned digital and change initiatives.
Prior to joining Simplify, Yogesh served as Global Head – Enterprise Applications at PGP Glass Pvt. Ltd., where he led enterprise-wide application landscapes, digital initiatives, and transformation programs. He has also spent close to a decade at Wipro Limited, delivering large, complex programs across industrial, engineering, consumer, and BFSI domains in India, the Middle East, and global markets.
With deep expertise across GCC leadership, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, change management, and global delivery, Yogesh’s appointment strengthens Simplify’s ambition to scale high-impact global capabilities and drive sustainable digital change.
