In this role, Santosh will lead PGP Glass’s global digital and technology agenda, driving enterprise-wide IT modernization, digital transformation, data governance, and technology-led business enablement across geographies.
Prior to joining PGP Glass, Santosh served as Chief Information Officer at Asahi India Glass Limited (AIS), where he played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s IT and digital strategy, strengthening enterprise architecture, governance frameworks, cybersecurity posture, and data-driven decision-making.
He brings extensive leadership experience across manufacturing and industrial organizations, having previously held senior technology roles at Vardhman Textiles, International Tractors Limited, Asia Motor Works, VE Commercial Vehicles, and Volkswagen India. His career spans large-scale ERP transformations, SAP reimplementations, greenfield plant IT setups, digital manufacturing initiatives, and enterprise-wide IT transformation programs.
With deep expertise in digital strategy, enterprise architecture, data analytics, governance, and board-level technology leadership, Santosh’s appointment underscores PGP Glass’s focus on leveraging digital technologies to drive operational excellence, customer experience, and global growth.
