Ravindra Pingle has stepped into the role of Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at HDFC Pension, bringing with him over 17 years of expertise in information security, compliance, and risk management. In his new role, Ravindra will lead the organization’s security strategy, ensuring robust governance, data protection, and resilience in the face of evolving cyber threats.
Prior to HDFC Pension, Ravindra served as Head of Information Security at Lyra, where he drove enterprise security initiatives, regulatory compliance, and digital risk management for nearly four years. His career journey also includes impactful leadership roles at FIS, Integreon, NIIT Technologies, TVSNET Technologies, and 3i Infotech, where he specialized in PCI-DSS, ISO standards, business continuity planning, VAPT, and large-scale security audits.
With deep expertise in firewalls, penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, BCM, and policy frameworks, Ravindra has consistently built resilient security architectures and safeguarded critical business environments. His proven track record in strengthening enterprise cybersecurity positions him as a strategic leader in HDFC Pension’s ongoing digital growth and customer trust journey.
