Samar Gupta has joined Spark Minda as Group CIO and Senior Vice President, strengthening the organization’s focus on technology-driven business transformation.
In this role, Samar will be responsible for driving IT-led business growth, shaping both short-term and long-term technology strategies aligned with organizational goals, and building a data-driven decision-making culture across the group.
Prior to this, he served as Vice President and Head – Group IT at Anand Group, where he led IT strategy and operations across multiple group companies, enabling digital transformation and enterprise-wide technology integration.
Earlier, he held leadership roles at Stryker, where he managed IT infrastructure, SAP Basis, application performance, and security at the Global Technology Center. He also worked as Global Head of IT Infrastructure and Security at Actis, focusing on enterprise IT and security frameworks.
His career also includes key roles at Microsoft, Wipro, Capgemini, and Concentrix, where he built strong expertise in IT infrastructure, service delivery, identity management, and enterprise operations.
With over two decades of experience across IT leadership, infrastructure, security, and digital transformation, Samar Gupta’s appointment reflects Spark Minda’s commitment to leveraging technology and data as key drivers of business innovation and growth.
