ServiceNow Appoints Kaustubh Chandra as India Chief Marketing Officer

ServiceNow has appointed Kaustubh Chandra as its Chief Marketing Officer – India, strengthening its leadership bench as the company accelerates growth across the Indian enterprise and digital-first market.

In his new role, Kaustubh will lead brand strategy, go-to-market execution, demand generation, and integrated revenue marketing for ServiceNow in India, with a strong focus on enterprise adoption, ecosystem growth, and marketing-led revenue acceleration.

Kaustubh joins ServiceNow after a successful tenure at Airtel Business, where he served as Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Digital Sales Group & Sales Operations. At Airtel Business, he played a pivotal role in driving marketing-led growth across India and global markets (APAC, Americas, and EMEA), building high-impact GTM engines, inside sales motions, and data-driven growth frameworks.

With over two decades of experience, Kaustubh has held senior leadership roles across NTT, IBM, and Religare Technologies, leading large-scale B2B marketing, revenue marketing, ABM, digital sales, and brand transformation initiatives. He is also widely recognised for integrating AI-driven automation and MarTech into modern marketing and GTM ecosystems.

This appointment underscores ServiceNow’s focus on scaling enterprise growth, strengthening brand leadership, and driving outcome-led digital transformation in one of its most strategic markets.
