In his new role, Shivaji will be responsible for overseeing enterprise-wide security strategy, safeguarding IT infrastructure, ensuring regulatory compliance, and strengthening cyber and operational security frameworks across SBFC Finance. Shivaji has grown within SBFC Finance Limited through multiple roles, including Senior Manager – IT, Manager IT – Tech Lead, and earlier as a Technical Analyst, giving him a strong end-to-end view of the company’s technology and security ecosystem.
Prior to rejoining SBFC Finance, he worked as Manager – IT at HDFC Bank, gaining exposure to large-scale banking technology environments. Earlier in his career, he held technical and consulting roles at Saksoft and Impact Infotech, building a solid foundation in IT operations and enterprise systems.
