Sridhar Durairajan starting a new position as Area Vice President – Business Units at ServiceNow

Sridhar Durairajan has taken on a new role as Area Vice President – Business Units at ServiceNow, marking a significant milestone in his leadership journey across enterprise technology and digital transformation.

In this role, Sridhar will be responsible for driving growth across ServiceNow’s business units in India, working closely with large enterprises to accelerate adoption of digital workflows, platform-led transformation, and value-driven outcomes. His mandate spans strategic account expansion, executive engagement, and strengthening ServiceNow’s footprint across key industry verticals.

Prior to this appointment, Sridhar served as Regional Vice President – Enterprise Sales (BFSI) for India & South Asia at UiPath, where he led high-impact enterprise engagements in the banking and financial services sector. His work focused on scaling automation-led transformation initiatives and deepening C-suite relationships across the region.

Sridhar is no stranger to ServiceNow. Earlier in his career, he spent over three years at the company, holding leadership roles including Director – Sales, Technology Workflows, and Head of ITX Sales – India. During this period, he played a key role in building ServiceNow’s India enterprise business, driving platform adoption, and expanding strategic customer accounts.

His career also includes senior enterprise sales roles at Oracle, Salesforce, CA Technologies, HP, and Iris Computers, where he consistently worked with large, complex enterprises to deliver technology-led business transformation.

With close to two decades of experience across enterprise software, cloud, automation, and digital platforms, Sridhar brings a strong blend of strategic selling, industry expertise, and leadership execution. His return to ServiceNow in a broader leadership role underscores the company’s focus on strengthening its enterprise growth engine in India and the region.
