Sudharsan Rajagopalan has stepped into the role of Vice President – Marketing at Dell Technologies, marking a significant milestone in his career spanning over two decades at the company. Based in Singapore, Sudharsan will now lead Dell’s global marketing strategy with a focus on infrastructure solutions, demand intelligence, and “run-the-business” excellence.

Throughout his 21+ year journey at Dell, Sudharsan has played a pivotal role in shaping marketing programs across B2B and B2C segments, driving channel growth, optimizing customer intelligence, and building high-performing global teams. His leadership has delivered measurable business impact, including +500 bps improvement in marketing revenue contribution, double-digit buyer growth CAGR, stronger partner ROI, and significant gains in customer retention and NPS.

Prior to this, Sudharsan successfully led Dell’s APJ & GC Regional Channel Marketing, navigating complex integrations during the Dell-EMC merger, doubling partner ROI, and strengthening digital and social marketing adoption across the ecosystem.
