Umesh Kumar has joined Incuspaze as Vice President – Information Technology, where he will lead the organization’s digital transformation initiatives, IT infrastructure, and IT-enabled services (ITES).
In his new role, Umesh will be responsible for strengthening enterprise IT capabilities, driving scalable and secure technology platforms, and aligning IT strategy with Incuspaze’s rapidly expanding workspace and managed office ecosystem.
Prior to this, he served as Head of IT Infrastructure at Smartworks, where he led large-scale IT infrastructure operations and supported technology requirements across multiple enterprise-grade flexible workspace locations.
Earlier, Umesh worked as a Freelance IT Consultant, advising organizations across management consulting, IT/software, and BPO/ITES sectors, with a focus on ERP implementations, systems and network architecture, and high-availability IT environments.
He also co-founded Neeume Sales Pvt. Ltd., serving as Head of Operations, where he managed B2B operations for the electronics manufacturing ecosystem. His earlier career includes a long stint at Technopak Advisors, where he progressed through roles in IT management, as well as foundational infrastructure and systems roles at Open Solutions and WNS Global Services.
With over 15 years of experience across IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, consulting, and operations, Umesh brings a hands-on, business-aligned technology leadership approach to Incuspaze’s growth journey.
