InCruiter Launches IncScreen, an AI-powered Phone Screening Software to Redefine Hiring Conversations

InCruiter, a SaaS platform building full-stack AI-powered Video Interview solutions for modern enterprises, announced the launch of IncScreen, a Conversational AI-powered Phone Screening Software that reimagines the first stage of hiring. Manual phone screenings often consume up to 40% of a recruiter’s time, with inconsistent candidate experiences and the risk of overlooking qualified talent. IncScreen addresses this challenge by enabling enterprises to conduct thousands of screenings simultaneously, capturing critical details such as skills, experience, salary expectations, and notice periods.

The platform generates transcripts, recordings, and AI-based evaluations automatically. If a candidate misses a call, the system seamlessly continues the interaction on WhatsApp, ensuring engagement and reducing recruiter follow-ups. It also ensures that what often gets lost in hurried manual calls, whether it is a candidate’s specific skill detail or their availability, is systematically recorded and available for decision-making. By combining natural language processing, multilingual capability, and real-time analytics, the platform delivers structured, human-like conversations at scale, replacing repetitive manual calls with consistent, data-backed interactions.

Over the past few years, InCruiter has recorded steady expansion, growing at an annual rate of 20-25% with a current ARR of $3 million and estimated revenue of $10 million.  With the introduction of IncScreen, the company expects to build further on this growth by addressing one of the most time-intensive stages of hiring. The focus remains on creating scalable, fair, and transparent systems that match the pace of enterprise recruitment today.

Commenting on the launch,Anil Agarwal, Founder and CEO of InCruiter, said, “Recruiters can spend nearly a third of their time on initial phone screenings, yet these conversations often lack consistency and risk overlooking qualified candidates. Industry studies suggest that AI-led tools can reduce this effort by as much as 50 to 70 per cent while also improving response rates. The real value of conversational AI is not in automation for its own sake but in creating a more structured, fair, and scalable process. It ensures every candidate is heard in the same way, across languages and locations, and that insights are captured with accuracy. For recruiters, this shift means their time is redirected from repetitive administration to the more meaningful task of evaluating potential and building connections, a change the industry has long needed.”

By centralising candidate insights into dashboards, IncScreen improves shortlisting quality, reduces repetitive tasks, and brings greater transparency to assessments. Applied effectively, conversational AI has the potential to cut screening time by as much as 70 per cent while meaningfully improving candidate engagement, signalling the scale of change the industry is moving toward.

As enterprises adapt to high-volume and distributed recruitment, approaches like these will become central to rethinking the first stage of hiring, making it more consistent, fair, and sustainable for both recruiters and candidates.
