Shruti Narang rejoins Microsoft as Marketing Director, India to lead brand growth, integrated marketing strategy, and market expansion initiatives 

Shruti Narang has rejoined Microsoft as Marketing Director, India.  

In this role, she will lead integrated marketing strategy, strengthen brand positioning, and drive customer engagement and growth initiatives for the India market.  

Prior to rejoining Microsoft, she served as Director, Marketing at GitHub, where she led marketing programs focused on developer communities and enterprise growth.  

Earlier, she spent over four years at Microsoft as Integrated Marketing Manager, driving strategic campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.  

She also held leadership roles at Aviva India, where she led large-scale integrated campaigns, digital transformation initiatives, and high-impact brand activations. Before that, she built extensive brand and agency experience with Rediffusion Y&R, BBDO India, Publicis India, Innocean Worldwide, and Mudra Communication.  

With deep expertise across brand strategy, integrated marketing, digital transformation, and customer engagement, she brings a strong mix of technology and consumer marketing leadership to Microsoft’s India business.
