Mohit Kalra has been promoted to Vice President-2 and CISO at ORIX India.
In this expanded role, he will continue to lead the organization’s information security strategy, strengthen cyber resilience, enhance governance and compliance frameworks, and oversee enterprise-wide risk management initiatives.
He has been with ORIX India for six years, previously serving as VP-1 and CISO, and earlier as CISO, where he was responsible for building and leading the company’s security function.
Prior to joining ORIX India, he served as Head of Information Security at RattanIndia Finance Private Limited, managing cybersecurity initiatives for the broader group.
Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at GENPACT, focusing on information security, GRC, third-party risk, business continuity, and security assurance. He also worked with Orange Business Services and Wipro in network and security consulting roles.
With more than two decades of experience across cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, and enterprise security operations, he brings deep expertise in securing complex financial services environments.
