Akanksha Garg has joined ProtocolRoots Private Limited as Chief Information Security Officer & Data Protection Officer.
Prior to joining ProtocolRoots, Garg was associated with HDFC securities for over five years, where she most recently served as Data Protection Officer & Head – Digital Products PMO.
At HDFC securities, she also served as Head – Digital Products PMO, leading initiatives across digital transformation, digital strategy and trading systems.
Earlier, Garg was Co-Head Products at Reliance Securities (Reliance Money) Limited. She also spent nearly eight years with 63 moons technologies, progressing through roles including Sr. Product Analyst, Associate Product Analyst and Deputy Product Analyst.
She began her career in the financial services sector, spending over nine years in roles including Portfolio Manager – Research Advisory & PCG and Sr. Equity Research Analyst.
In her new role at ProtocolRoots, Garg will bring together her experience across information security, data protection, digital products and financial services.
