Aman Gandhi has joined L’Oréal as Head of Cybersecurity – Global Tech Hub-India, based in Hyderabad, effective August 2026.
Prior to joining L’Oréal, Gandhi served as Cyber Security Manager at Saint-Gobain for nearly six years. He managed the cybersecurity service line across Offensive Security and the Identify, Protect, Detect and React domains.
Before Saint-Gobain, Gandhi spent nearly four years with Bajaj Finserv, where he held roles including Cluster Manager – Information Security and Manager – Information Security.
Earlier, he served as Group Lead – Amdocs Cyber Security Center at Amdocs, contributing to cybersecurity operations and security management.
Gandhi began his cybersecurity career at Paladion, where he held multiple roles including Senior Security Consultant & Manager – SOC, Team Lead and Senior Security Engineer. His experience included SOC operations, security monitoring, incident handling, ArcSight ESM implementation, log management and security event analysis.
He started his professional career with Arcelia IT Services as a Network Engineer, working on network infrastructure, UTM policy installation, project planning and data centre operations.
With more than 15 years of experience spanning cybersecurity, security operations, offensive security, information security and network security, Gandhi brings broad cybersecurity expertise to his new role at L’Oréal.
