Jignesh Patel has been promoted to General Manager, IT at Atul Ltd.
In his new role, he will lead the company’s enterprise IT strategy, digital transformation initiatives, technology governance, cybersecurity, infrastructure modernization, and business continuity programs while driving innovation and operational excellence across the organization.
Prior to this promotion, he served as Senior Manager at Atul Ltd, where he was responsible for enterprise IT strategy, cybersecurity, risk management, disaster recovery, project governance, vendor management, service delivery, and the adoption of new technologies aligned with business objectives. Earlier, as IT Manager, he led enterprise IT governance, infrastructure projects, compliance, service improvement, and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring secure and reliable technology operations across the organization.
Before joining Atul Ltd, he spent over 13 years with Atul Infotech Pvt. Ltd. as Manager – IT Infrastructure, where he managed enterprise IT infrastructure, evaluated and implemented technology solutions, strengthened infrastructure management practices, and ensured uninterrupted IT service delivery while supporting evolving business requirements.
He began his professional journey as Team Lead at Matrix Networks and solutions, leading a team of support engineers responsible for IT service delivery across multiple locations, infrastructure support, SLA management, and coordination with technology vendors.
With more than two decades of experience spanning enterprise IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure management, governance, disaster recovery, risk management, digital transformation, and service delivery, he brings deep expertise in building secure, resilient, and scalable technology environments that enable long-term business growth.
