Axiado Unveils Industry’s First AI-Powered Single-Chip Security Platform

Axiado has launched the AX3080, the industry’s first AI-powered single-chip platform that combines processing, memory, and security for real-time threat detection.

Axiado Corporation has announced the launch of the AX3080, the industry’s first AI-powered, single-chip Trusted Control/Compute Unit (TCU). This new solution combines processing, memory, and storage to offer strong, hardware-anchored platform security—all in a compact 25x25mm package. It’s designed to help AI data centers, cloud platforms, and hyperscalers reduce complexity, improve security, and lower costs.

The AX3080 integrates key components, including 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM, 16GB eMMC storage, and SPI Flash. It builds on the success of Axiado’s previous TCU models by combining Root of Trust (RoT), Trusted Platform Module (TPM), and Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) into one solution, ready for post-quantum cryptography.

Built for Real-Time Threat Detection

With built-in AI capabilities delivering up to 4 TOPS, the AX3080 enables real-time, on-chip threat detection. It also features Axiado’s Secure Vault™, offering advanced cryptographic protection and secure boot capabilities. The TCU supports full I/O integration, including PCIe Gen4, USB, HDMI, and 10GbE, making it easy to deploy across existing infrastructure from NVIDIA, Intel, and AMD.

Enabling Faster, More Secure AI Infrastructure

“Axiado’s AX3080 TCU marks a big step toward securing AI infrastructure at the silicon level,” said CEO Gopi Sirineni. “By combining memory, storage, and security in one chip, we reduce the attack surface and enable faster, smarter threat response.”

Axiado also introduced the SCM3080-MT, a compact Secure Management Card built on the AX3080, specifically designed for NVIDIA systems and OEM/ODM partners.

Customer Backing and Market Readiness

Giga Computing and Pegatron are among early adopters. “This solution helps us build more secure and efficient AI server platforms,” said Etay Lee, CEO of Giga Computing.

The AX3080 is sampling in Q2 2025, with full production expected in Q4. Axiado will showcase the technology at COMPUTEX 2025 in Taipei.
