Divan Raimagia has joined Diageo as VP – Global Head of Cyber Resilience, based in Bengaluru.
In his new role, Raimagia will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive cyber resilience strategy across IT, OT, cloud and business environments. His responsibilities include strengthening identity resilience and operational continuity, as well as leading initiatives to help the organization recover from cyber incidents while minimizing disruption and risk.
Prior to joining Diageo, Raimagia served as Head of Cyber Security (CISO) at Adani Green Energy, where he led cybersecurity for the company’s renewable energy operations spanning solar, wind, hybrid, SCADA, substations and WTG networks.
At Adani Green Energy, he focused on building an enterprise-wide OT Zero Trust program, implementing Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), developing unified security architecture across OEM SCADA environments and modernizing the SOC with threat-led OT monitoring. He also worked with senior leadership and regulators to align cyber risk with business outcomes and established cyber governance covering third-party assurance, M&A due diligence and asset security baselines.
Earlier, Raimagia served as Senior Consultant at HCL Technologies, where his responsibilities included security strategy, cybersecurity architecture, infrastructure security assessments, risk management, SOC leadership, detection capabilities and incident management.
He also held cybersecurity roles at Orange Business Services, IBM, Wipro, Rajkot Nagarik Sahakari Bank, Plusnet Communication and Atmiya Institute of Technology & Science. He began his career as a Network Security Engineer at Jetking Infotrain, gaining experience in data centre security, business continuity and disaster recovery, network security and firewall management.
