Gaurav Mathur has stepped into the role of Chief Technology Officer at Licious, bringing with him nearly two decades of distinguished leadership in technology innovation, engineering excellence, and digital transformation. In his new position, Gaurav will drive Licious’ technology vision, spearhead platform scalability, and lead strategic tech initiatives that power the company’s continued growth and customer experience leadership.
Prior to joining Licious, Gaurav held senior technology roles at industry leaders including HealthPlix, WhiteHat Jr., Flipkart, and Oracle. At HealthPlix, he transformed the engineering landscape by migrating legacy systems to microservices, and integrated AI-driven Clinical Decision Support systems. At Flipkart, he led large engineering teams, architected scalable logistics systems, and drove automation and robotics deployment for supply chain innovation.
With expertise spanning big data, AI, platform architecture, and engineering team leadership, Gaurav is poised to be a key force in advancing Licious’ mission through tech-driven excellence.
