Jeetendra Dhakane has taken charge as Head – IT & Digital Transformation at RP tech India, marking a significant leadership move in the company’s digital evolution journey.
In his new role, Jeetendra will lead enterprise IT strategy, digital modernization, and technology-driven business transformation initiatives across RP Tech’s operations. His mandate includes strengthening digital platforms, optimizing enterprise applications, and enabling scalable, future-ready IT capabilities.
Prior to joining RP Tech, he spent nearly 11 years at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd as Senior IT Manager, where he led large-scale IT initiatives and supported enterprise-wide digital programs.
Earlier, he held leadership roles at Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited as Manager – IT Business Solutions, and at L’Oréal as Manager – IT Business Applications, driving business-aligned technology solutions.
He also served as Deputy Manager – IT Application Development at Reliance Industries Limited, where he contributed to enterprise application strategy and system development initiatives.
With over two decades of experience spanning pharmaceuticals, FMCG, and enterprise technology environments, Jeetendra Dhakane’s appointment signals RP Tech India’s continued commitment to strengthening digital transformation and IT-led business innovation.
